Crispy dosas prepared live, served with traditional sambar, coconut chutney, and tomato chutney for a complete South Indian experience.

Live Idli Sambar

Soft, freshly steamed heart-shaped idlis served with flavourful sambar shots and coconut chutney perfect for themed events and special occasions.

Roti Station

A live bread station serving hot and soft Indian breads including Rumali Roti, Makki Roti (corn), Paratha, Roti and Naan, freshly made and served.

Live Paneer Tikka

Juicy paneer cubes and vegetables marinated in spices and grilled live on skewers, delivering smoky flavours and irresistible aroma.

Pav Bhaji

Mumbai-style pav bhaji cooked live with rich flavours and served with buttered pav comfort food loved by all ages.

Vada Pao
